WPAL (Women in Procurement Alliance Luxembourg) is a non-profit peer-learning network founded in July 2024. It was created to strengthen the professional impact of women in the procurement field in Luxembourg, through events, discussion forums, and career development initiatives. Membership is open to both men and women working in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related roles. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just beginning your journey, WPAL offers a supportive space for connection, shared learning, and empowerment.

All WPAL events—whether virtual or in‑person—are currently free of charge. We operate thanks to partner sponsorships and voluntary support, ensuring no cost barrier for participants. We believe accessible learning is key to empowering women in procurement, and we're committed to maintaining this for the foreseeable future.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure fairness and smooth planning, please cancel at least 24 hours before the event start time via email or through our platform. If you are unable to attend and do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, a no-show fee may apply. This fee helps cover costs for venue bookings, speaker arrangements, and administration. In cases of genuine emergencies, please contact us promptly—reasonable waiver requests will be considered.

WPAL is committed to host an event once every 3 months , ranging from career-advancement workshops to negotiation masterclasses and informal networking meetups. Formats include both in-person and virtual events. You’ll receive invitations via newsletter and can RSVP through Eventbrite. If you're interested in participating—or even proposing a topic or volunteering as a moderator/speaker you can submit your idea via email.
